Privacy Notice for The Sheldon Trust

To comply with the Data Protection Act 2018, the UK General Data Protection Regulations (GDPR)
(EU 2016/679 as relevant) and the Privacy and Electronic Communications (EC Directive) Regulations
2003 we must tell you what happens with personal data when it is given to The Sheldon Trust.

Personal data may be collected as part of the application and grant-making process or through
monitoring reports.  The information will be limited to that which is necessary in order for Trustees
to carry out their duties as a grant-making charity and will be held only for as long as necessary.  The
processing of the data is undertaken by The Trust Partnership which is contracted by The Sheldon
Trust.to assist with the grant-making process.  A separate Data Processing Agreement exists
between The Sheldon Trust.as data controller and The Trust Partnership as data processor.
